Code of Conduct for All Activities :
- Please contact the activity organizer if you are unable to attend an event you have signed up for, so those on the waiting list may be given ample notification to take you place.
- Arrive on time. Be punctual as a courtesy to other members.
- Parents, please stay with your own children whenever possible. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and safety upon arrival and for the duration of the gathering. Delegate this responsibility to another parent if the group is divided.
- Parents, please encourage your children to listen when someone is speaking to show consideration and respect.
- Dress modestly and appropriately for the occasion.
- Parents, please be sure to determine if your younger children are able to behave appropriately on certain activities which may be geared for older children. If necessary, consider sharing the care of young ones with other members with young children. If children in attendance are disruptive, please excuse yourself from the group to handle the situation.
- If necessary, the activity coordinator has the right to ask you to leave.
- Only C.H.E.C.K. members with a signed release form will be allowed to attend C.H.E.C.K. activities.
PLEASE: Be a watchful and responsible parent to all of your children, of all ages, at all times.
Reminder: If you are filing a private school affidavit, the time to file is between October 1 - October 15th.
